Installation by the paper machine

• With no time to waste, the PM operation team can rely on the functionality of the tools needed in the test sequence.
• Results transfer immediately to the automation and/or quality system for process management control purposes.
• A machine operator needs only two hours of training to perform tests directly next to the line.

• To quickly deliver samples from the paper machine, tabletop sample preparation units roll cross direction strips onto cores for easy loading into the sample feeder.
• Or to eliminate unnecessary “tear-off” paper and for even faster sample preparation, a walk-along sample cutter prepares one cross direction strip of paper, wrinkle free.

• A flexible sample feeding system satisfies the needs for testing cross direction strips, machine direction strips or individual sheets.

• After getting the sample core on the sample feeder, push one key to start testing. Measurement results are automatically shown on the mill screens
• If desired, a small test cabin can be included in the delivery.
