Table top Cutter
Motorized cutter for preparing precise cross-direction samples from a machine roll. The sample is automatically wound on a sample core while it is being cut.
Motorized cutting action means that the operator only needs to guide the cutter across the machine roll at a comfortable walking speed.
Table top Cutter
The table top cutter is ideal for sample preparation in mills where the walkalong cutter cannot be used.
A strip cut from the machine reel is placed on the cutter table. The sample edge is manually led under the cutting unit and attached to the core. The device then trims the sample to the correct width and winds it onto the core.
Samples from the cutter are immediately ready for testing on a Valmet Paper Lab.
