Valmet Paper Lab automatically checks the performance of modules regularly and reports to the mill information system. Checking is done before paper/board testing (without paper) and Paper Lab gives automatically notification and instructions if operators actions are needed. Long-term autocalibration result follow-up is easily available and it provides fast indication of possible service needs.

The calibration of Valmet Paper Lab modules is fast and easy, and every calibration tool set contains a singed traceability certificate.

All Valmet Paper Lab deliveries are equipped with the remote connection possibilities. Activating the remote connection is optional and it would provide an easy access for Valmet specialists to help you through your needs.

It is very easy to take modules out and placing them back. With simple training this task can be performed by mill personnel.
